Our delivery charge* is £4.95 per order
to all U.K mainland addresses, or 7.50 euros per order to France mainland
addresses.
Any order received after 3pm will be
despatched the following working day.
Please note we have no weekend service, therefore an order placed on a Friday
after 3pm will be despatched on the following Monday morning.
Our delivery charge to other countries within the EU is £8.00/12.00.

out of stock items, we will advise you of expected dates for each out of
stock item, and aim to forward your order as quickly as possible.

Guarantee and Returns of Goods
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied

with details of your dissatisfaction and we will arrange a return for an
exchange or a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All returns must be kept in original packaging and returned within 7 days
of emailed confirmation from us.
